Layouts resolved around circulation, daylight and how the space is actually used — tested in plan before anything is styled.

Concept & 3D visualisation
Material palette, mood direction and rendered views of each key room, so you approve the space before it is built.

Joinery & elevation drawings
Dimensioned wall elevations, furniture layouts and joinery details with material call-outs your carpenter can work from.

Lighting & ceiling
Layered ambient, task and accent lighting drawn into the ceiling package with fixture specifications.
