- ₹60 to ₹125 per sq ft, depending on the level of detail and finish.

- Design in four to eight weeks, supervision running through the build.
What the engagement covers

Full design package
Layouts, 3D views, elevations, lighting and the complete material schedule — the same documentation as a design-only engagement.

Site reviews
Regular visits through execution to check setting-out, joinery carcassing, ceiling levels and finish quality against the drawings.

Material approvals
Samples of veneer, laminate, stone, paint and hardware checked and signed off before they go into the space.

Contractor coordination
Queries from site answered with revised details, so the carpenter and electrician are never guessing.
